Weta Workshop The Hobbit Trilogy Statue Smaug the Magnificent

Bred in ages past to be weapons in the war for Middle-earth, the Great Worms were huge, serpentine creatures, wrapped in scaly hides and possessed of wicked intelligence. Inside combined the cunning of thinking beings and the savagery of wild beasts.Long horns, bladed claws and wicked maws of countless teeth they had. The sharp, slitted eyes of the Dragons were ever-watchful, their sense of smell keen, and their long bodies grew to a size unrivalled by any other creatures to walk upon the earth. Some were winged, able to take to the skies and travel vast distances like the wind. Others burned with fiery wrath inside, spewing conflagration and death from their outstretched jaws at will. And in some such abilities were paired to terrifying effect...By the later years of the Third Age only a few remained, mostly sequestered in the scorched lands of the Withered Heath, far to the north and pinned between the spurred arms of the Grey Mountains. Great was their hunger and a lust for violence burned ever in their bellies. When rumour of the wealth of Erebor reached their ears, the greatest of the Fire Drakes yet living in Middle-earth took to wing and rushed south. Smaug was his name; a vast gold and red monster whose viciousness was matched only by his pride.His coming was like a hurricane of fire; the cities of Dale and Erebor swiftly falling before his irresistible advance; countless Dwarves and Men consumed in his flames, or shredded by tooth and claw. Barely had the inhabitants realised what calamity was befalling them when they were dead or displaced. Then the Great Dragon, who called himself Magnificent, seized the riches of the Lonely Mountain and took up residence to lie coiled upon his hoard. Henceforth Erebor became a place of dread, and all about the lands became barren, parched and despoiled; the Desolation of Smaug.Digitally sculpted in exquisite detail by long-time Weta Workshop sculptor Daniel Cockersell, Smaug the Magnificent will make a stunning addition to your collection of Weta Workshop miniature statues.It takes hundreds of hours to design, sculpt, model make, mold, and paint the prototype for each new Middle-earth piece. Whether it be a prop replica, beautiful environment or iconic character, we treat our collectibles with the same level of care and attention to detail that we bring to our film work.Please note: images are of a pre-production prototype. Each sculpture is hand painted and minor variations will occur.Dimensions: 15 x 20 x

Weta Workshop The Hobbit Trilogy Statue Radagast the Brown

Many imagine Wizards as great and powerful beings, moving the very powers of the world in subtle yet significant ways towards a grand design. Yet, Wizards come in all manner of being, and some prefer the company of critters to the company of kings.

Tasked with guiding the inhabitants of Middle-earth in their struggle against Sauron, Wizards varied widely in form and nature. While some moved among the powers of the world, giving counsel in war and wielding their wonderous ways to reshape empires, others were more subtle. Eschewing grand halls or battlements, there was one among the Istari who instead sought the solace of the wilderness, preferring the company of wild creatures to that of kings.

To those who might not peer more closely, Radagast the Brown is a gentle hermit, soft in character and mind, often fumbling or fretful, with tattered robes and mismatched footwear, his raiment home to a bewildering menagerie of miniature beasts and fungi. This façade is an illusion so complete even the Wizard himself is sometimes fooled, but in truth great power resides within him, as it does in each of the five Istari, and he is ever watchful for the return of the enemy against whom he was sent from the West centuries ago.

Weta Workshop Lord of the Rings Mini Statue Cave Troll
Driven to the brink of madness by the merciless lashings of its vile Orc overlords, there lumbered forth a Cave Troll, a behemoth of dim wits yet endowed with the strength of a legion. Its skin was nigh impervious to weapons forged of iron, a testament to the unforgiving nature of the dark places of the world where it dwelt. Clutched within its colossal three-fingered grasp was a mighty stone hammer, a fearsome instrument of destruction that it wielded with blind fury. With each thunderous swing, friend and foe alike were laid low, crushed beneath the indiscriminate wrath of the beast as it stormed through the chaotic melee, seeking out its quarry with a relentless fervour that echoed the darkness of its masters' hearts. The Cave Troll was the first creature to be designed for the iconic film trilogy, and Weta Workshop sculptor Jamie Beswarick played a key role in its overall design. In those early days, the look and feel of Middle-earth's inhabitants were still being defined, with artists encouraged to envision not only their appearances but also their habits and histories. This approach aimed to develop a level of authenticity that went beyond the typical fantasy genre. Consequently, these lumbering giants were endowed with thick hides, three-fingered hands, powerful jaws, and claws suited for digging. It was these defining characteristics that Jamie Beswarick was once again tasked with recreating, this time in miniature form. By capturing the raw strength and ferocity of such a creature, and infusing each detail with untamed wrath and fury, our incredible team has managed to capture the very essence of this behemoth. Perfectly sized for easy display and ideal for any desktop or bookshelf, this Cave Troll miniature statue would be an excellent addition to your Weta Workshop collection. - Made primarily from polystone to ensure detail retention; - Approx 6.2 inches tall; - Depicts the Cave Troll seen within the Mines of Moria during The Fellowship of the Ring; - Physically sculpted by Weta Workshop veteran Jamie Beswarick, who also sculpted the design for the original film. Product size: 10,8 cm x x 10,8 cm
Weta Workshop The Lord of the Rings 1/6 Scale Witch-king of the Unseen Lands (Classic Series)
In the depths of the pitch-black night, veiled by darkness, only the sporadic glimmers of moonlight upon grim blades betrayed their lurking presence. In dire need of refuge, Frodo, with haste, surrendered his destiny to the One Ring. But solace did not greet him. Rather, he beheld a pale and spectral sight: echoes of ages past, haunting and ethereal. Amidst the Unseen Lands, only the sickening radiance of the wraiths endured. "Renowned sculptor Brigitte Wuest, known for her skills across Middle-earth characters, crafted the impeccable Classic Series Ringwraith of Mordor collectible, capturing the menace of Sauron's chief servant, particularly in the hyper-realistic detailing of the Ringwraith's ancient cloak. Now, once again demonstrating her talents, she has immaculately carved out the ghoulish visage of the Witch-king's spectral form. Complementing Brigitte's skills with our experienced manufacturing team, everything from casting to painting has been harmonized together in such a way that this ghastly figure achieves a level of etherealness unlike any before." - 1:6 scale; - Primarily made from polystone to ensure detail retention; - Translucent polyresin creates an ethereal wraith-like figure; - Metal alloy used to form the Witch-king's ancient blade; - Polyurethane hairs prevent breakage and ensure longevity; - Physically sculpted by Weta Workshop artist Brigitte Wuest; - As seen in the iconic Weathertop scene from The Fellowship of the Ring; - Created using references to the original props and costume. Weta Workshop Lord of the Rings Statue Saruman The White

Once the head of the Order of the Istari and a truly great and wise Wizard, Saruman the White fell into darkness and became an agent of evil during the War of the Ring. Too long he studied the ways of his enemy, believing that in better understanding Sauron's nature he might discern a means of victory. Using one of the lost Seeing Stones of Númenor, the Wizard sought to spy upon the Dark Lord, but was tricked into communing with him through the polished black orb. It was a contest of wills that Saruman lost.Lured by promises of power and dark thoughts of his own mastery, Saruman fell from his purpose and abandoned his allies. In his arrogance he believed himself capable of usurping Sauron's place. Even as he did his new master's bidding, the corrupted Wizard plotted a second betrayal. Yet in doing so he overreached, for pride and lust for power had blinded Saruman and the Eye of Sauron perceived his treachery through the lens of the palantir. The downfall of Saruman, once the leader of the White Council, was doomed to be written in blood.Expertly sculpted by Gary Hunt, a member of the original Lord of the Rings crew, Saruman the White will make an excellent addition to your Weta Workshop miniatures collection.Dimensions: 11 x 18,9 x

Weta Workshop Lord of the Rings Statue Orthanc
Imposing over the lands like a dark giant; a lone figure of dominating magnitude, striking awe and wonder at both its purpose and construction, stood the inimitable tower: Orthanc. Standing in the centre of the Ring of Isengard was a great stone tower of polished black. Hewn from a monolith of dark rock centuries ago by the arts long since forgotten, the Tower of Orthanc stood sharp and hard against a field of green trees and soaring snow-capped mountains. In the waning years of the Third Age it was home to the Wizard Saruman, and within its dark chambers he spent his days studying the ways of the enemy, that he might better understand and ultimately defeat him. A Palantír Saruman kept; one of the ancient seeing stones of Númenor. Many long hours the Wizard spent staring into this magical sphere, watching Sauron, believing himself wise and powerful, and resistant to the devices of his foe. Yet in truth Saruman's own pride and folly led him willingly into Sauron's trap, for he became enamoured with the Dark Lord's arts and craved his power. Through the stone his mind was twisted until he became a vassal of Mordor, and Orthanc, once a place of learning and beauty, was despoiled by Orcs, now a place of dread. Gone were the trees; tinder to feed the fires of industry that burned in pits around the tower, and the plains within the ringed wall were a scorched wasteland of ash where armies drilled and marched in prelude to making war upon those whom Saruman once named friends. FEATURES: - Open Edition; - Made from high-quality polystone; - 360° environment design; - Recreated in meticulous detailing; - Digitally sculpted by 3D artist Daniel Holland. Size: 11 x 18 x

Weta Workshop Lord of the Rings 1/4 Scale Replica Helmet of the Witch-king Alternative Concept
The process of making a film is oft an ever-changing journey. One such changed aspect was the helm worn by the Witch-king during The Return of the King. Whilst this first design was manufactured, and even had scenes shot, it was ultimately decided that its likeness to Sauron's own helm might be perplexing for the audience. Therefore, it was replaced with the Morgul Lord War Mask seen in the final cut of the film. Greatest of the Nazgûl was their leader, the Witch-king of Angmar. Once a mortal man lured by the promise of power, the former King of Men fell under the sway of Sauron until he was little more than an extension of the Dark Lord's presence, his own identity long forgotten. A formless wraith, fear was his greatest weapon, and it was said that by the hand of no man would he fall. For centuries he served his dark master, leading the campaign that saw Arnor destroyed in the north and bringing war to Gondor in the south. Even being sealed in a magically warded tomb could not contain the Witch-king, who was recalled from beyond the grave to serve his master again. Each 1:4 scale Helm is made from polystone and comes in an edition of just 750. Accompanying your Limited Edition helm: an exclusive behind-the-scenes insert written by Weta Workshop senior concept designer and author, Daniel Falconer, detailing how the film version was brought to the big screen! Weta Workshop The Lord of the Rings 1/6 Scale Lurtz, Hunter of Men (Classic Series)
Bred in secret by the fallen Wizard Saruman, the Uruk-hai issued forth from the pits of Isengard under the command of the towering, lynx-eyed Lurtz. Driving his troops to run under a burning sun, Lurtz hunted ceaselessly along the banks of the Anduin for the Fellowship of the Ring. Among the first of his kind to be pulled from the earth, Lurtz was tall, even for an Uruk. No sooner had he emerged than Saruman bent him to his will, setting the Uruk-hai on their snivelling Orc overseers in a test of loyalty and strength. Without thought or regret the Uruks slew their lesser cousins, binding themselves to the Wizard by marking their flesh and shields with his sigil, the emblem of the white hand. Find the Halflings!' On the slopes of Amon Hen, the Uruk-hai fell upon the Fellowship, chasing and scattering them among the woods. Defending Merry and Pippin, Boromir of Gondor stood between the hobbits and innumerable foes, cutting down Uruk after Uruk even as Lurtz struck him with arrows from afar. Pierced by many shafts, the warrior at last stumbled to his knees, spent, and resigned to his death before the triumphant Uruk-hai. Savouring the sweet taste of his victory, a leer curled across the toothy mouth of Isengard's captain, and he raised his bow to send the final dart... - 1:6 scale; - Made from high-quality polystone; - Digitally sculpted by the combined efforts of multiple Weta Workshop artists; - Created in celebration of the LOTR 20th Anniversary; - Signature pose and armour. Every inch of this masterpiece captures the essence of his dark power-his staff, adorned with twisted mushrooms and ritualistic fetishes, stretches high into the air, while his regal yet malevolent presence demands attention. The intricate textures, from the sculpted fungi to the jagged crown, showcase the exceptional artistry of our artisans, particularly that of Daniel Cockersell, who traditionally hand-sculpted this stunning piece physically out of clay.
The dynamic pose and lifelike features reveal the deep attention to the character's essence-his malice, cunning, and unyielding ambition are palpable. Whilst hidden within the fungal base, a pair of hungry and mischievous squigs gnaw and gnash without restraint.
Whether displayed in your collection or admired as a work of art, this statue stands as a testament to the craft of transforming the fantastical into the tangible.

Weta Workshop Warhammer: Age of Sigmar 1/6 Scale Skragrott the Loonking Limited Edition

Beneath his tattered robes and fungal finery, Skragrott's power seethes like a cursed elixir. His gaze turned ever skyward, yearning for the cold, unfathomable twilight of the Bad Moon that spoke to him once before. That fateful communion left him more than a prophet-it left him a king, feared and reviled by Gitz and enemies alike. Yet, the Loonking is not content. Obsession consumes him, a relentless hunger that gnaws at his very core. He will tear the realms asunder, crushing all who dare stand in his way. Nothing will stop him from hearing the Bad Moon's dark whispers once more. Nothing.

Weta Workshop Lord of the Rings Mini Watcher in the Water
Awakened from deep slumber by the innocent rippling of a cast stone, it extended its many slimy appendages, slithering slowly to ensnare its soon-to-be meal. Long forgotten though it may be, its gaping, toothy maw harboured no less peril, and hunger had only stoked its desire to feast upon flesh, now scarce. Yet, something about one of the smaller ones beckoned to it, beyond mere instinct to consume, something it coveted. As the group was distracted, the lake stirred, and the Watcher in the Water struck. The Watcher seen on-screen was carefully crafted through digital means, with actors being hung upside-down via harness, kicking wildly at the imagined beast. Now, behold this ancient entity, meticulously brought to tangible life by our exceptional team of artisans. A relic from the depths of Middle-earth's darker realms, this miniature statue is a captivating addition to any collection. The uniquely sculpted form of the Watcher allows it to be appreciated from any angle. Showcase it erupting from your shelf or, thanks to the built-in socket in the base, mounted upon your wall, revealing its monstrous essence in full glory. - Made primarily from polystone; - Tentacles made from polyurethane with a metal core; - Approx 3.7 inches tall; - Wall mount on the back for easy hanging; - Depicts the Watcher in the Water as seen outside the Mines of Moria during The Fellowship of the Ring; - Digitally sculpted by Weta Workshop 3D artist Tiger Kang, with references from the original film maquette and concept design sketches. Product size: 10,5 cm x x

Weta Workshop The Lord of the Rings 1/6 Scale The Balrog (Classic Series)
Of all the terrors to confront the Fellowship of the Ring on their journey, none would compare with the Balrog. A demon of flame and shadow, the creature had lain entombed for countless ages in the deepest darkness, far beneath the Misty Mountains. Deep within the earth, tunnelling for Mithril in sunless black rock, the Dwarves disturbed something that had remained safely entombed since ages past, a being of unfathomable terror, relic of a time of gods and giants, a creature of which the like should never walk again in Middle-earth and for whom there were few equals remaining in the world, a Balrog of Morgoth. The Balrog could be harmed by no blade or device of Dwarf design. By the hundreds, Durin's people and the Dwarf King himself fell before the beast, after named Durin's Bane. When the Fellowship of the Ring sought to pass beneath the Misty Mountains and thereby thwart the attentions of the fallen Wizard Saruman, it was against Gandalf's grave misgivings, for the Grey Wizard suspected what haunted in the shadows of Moria. Secrecy alone might secure their safe passage, for if the Balrog were alerted, Gandalf knew their escape would only be bought at great price, and he would not again pass through the Dwarf realm's doors. Weta Workshop The Lord of the Rings 1/6 Scale Bilbo Baggins (Classic Series)
On the morning of his one-hundred and eleventh birthday, the eccentric master of Bag End huddles amid a jumble of paper and books, his quill a blur as he scratches at his memoir. Miraculously hale for one of his advanced years, Bilbo Baggins is no ordinary Hobbit. A small person he might be, but his has been as long and storied life, and he pursues the self-appointed duty to record it in every detail with a furious fervour. It is for Bilbo's young cousin Frodo, and other Hobbits like him, that he is compelled to write. Age creeps upon Bilbo, little by little, and that Tookishness in his blood stirs wistful thoughts of far off mountains and friends long gone. His mind is made up; plans are set. Now all he needs is time to finish what he has begun, if those unwanted guests would stop ringing the bell! A story is only as good as the one who tells it.
Here the adventurous Hobbit scrawls out his tales in the comfort of his own home, free to let his mind wander whilst safe and warm. Weta Workshop Labyrinth 1/1 Scale Ello Worm

The endless walls of the Labyrinth continue on for what seem like an eternity. Though the infinite depths may seem quite lifeless at first glance, things are not always what they seem, for many a quaint and curious creature can be found within those stony walls.

The mysterious denizens of Labyrinth come in all shapes and sizes, and each is just as likely to help as they are to hinder. As Sarah collapses from exhaustion whilst seeking an entrance to the maze, a small but cheery voice calls out to her, "Ello."

A single worm, small enough to fit in the palm of one's hand, with three tufts of dark blue hair rests near a small hole in the Labyrinth's walls. After offering a moment of brief respite to our young heroine and a promise of hospitality that is rarely shared among strangers, this inconspicuous creature reveals one of the Labyrinth's many hidden secrets, opening Sarah's eyes to the first of many illusions to come.

Product features:

- 1:1 scale, open edition, mixed media statue;
- Portrays the cute and curiously kind worm that aids Sarah early on in her quest;
- Digitally sculpted by Weta Workshop sculptor Kim Beaton;

- Wrapped up in his signature red scarf;

Weta Workshop The Hobbit Trilogy Statue #24 Gandalf's Cutting
In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole. It was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort. Bright round doors in summery hues dot the lush, grassy hillsides of Hobbiton like wildflowers. Behind each doorway, comfortably appointed burrows wind into earth: each one home to a hobbit, or a family of the Shire's rosy-cheeked little-folk. Every hobbit-hole is unique, expressing the personality of its inhabitants with colour and prettily adorned with gardens, furniture and the rustic debris of everyday life. Near the base of the Hill, where the ways divide, is a dwelling with a blue door the hue of a cloudless summer sky. Ivy drapes a frontage of brick and stone and divides the front garden from a back doorway round the side of the grassy mound. Dimensions: 7,5 x 20 x

Weta Workshop The Lord of the Rings 1/6 Scale Gandalf the White (Classic Series)
From the lowest dungeon to the highest peak I fought with him, the Balrog of Morgoth. Until at last, I threw down my enemy and smote his ruin upon the mountainside. Darkness took me, and I strayed out of thought and time. Stars wheeled overhead and every day was as long as a life age of the Earth. But it was not the end. I felt life in me again. I've been sent back... until my task is done. "Following their Hobbit friends, Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli enter the gloom of the ancient forest of Fangorn. Dark and dangerous is this old wood; a remnant of the great forest that once covered much of the wild lands east of the mountains. As the gnarled trees that hang over them begin to groan ominously to one another, the three hunters are alerted to the presence of a mysterious, robed figure. 'The White Wizard approaches,' warns Legolas, and expecting their foe Saruman to appear, the trio let fly sword, axe, and arrow, only to be thwarted by a blinding magic. Quickly overcome, the friends' thoughts turn to the worst, and in exasperation and fear demand their enemy reveal himself. But the end has not come this day, for as the brilliant light fades and his grey mantle falls, standing before them is no fallen Wizard, but a friend from beyond the borders of the mortal world; Gandalf has returned. 'I am Gandalf the White, and I come back to you now at the turn of the tide.' - 1:6 scale; - Made from high-quality polystone; - Digitally sculpted by Middle-earth alumni and Master Sculptor, Gary Hunt; - Created in celebration of the LOTR 20th Anniversary; - Signature pose and clothing."
