Special Order Items
Gamersheek are pleased to offer "special order items" these are items that are in stock with our supplier, we offer these on a "special order" basis.
This means that we may have sold our of our stock or that we won't order the items in unless "specially ordered" by a customer.
These constitute a "special order" and are therefore exempt from cancellation.
These products are products that available for dispatch in 14 working days as shown here on the product page:

Gamersheek are unable to cancel orders that are "special order", this does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note the following returns procedures for specific manufacturers:
Good Smile Company - any damages must be reported to Good Smile directly, they will be able to send a replacement part, you can contact them here.
Sideshow - We will require pictures of the damage, this is then sent to the supplier who liaise with the manufacturer, once approved a replacement part will be supplied, please note that this may take some time.
Other Manufacturers will be added when available.
